| What is the User Area? |
The User Area is a special section of our website specifically designed for our users needs.
Through the User Area, each member of our registered user’s database will be able to:
- Request a new Authorization Code
- Submit a Support Request
- Download Software updates and free contents
- Edit your Personal and Product data
- Customize your Username/Password
- License Transfer Process

| What do I have to do to become an IK Registered User? |

You have to invest in at least one of our award-winning products and then register it.

| How can I access the User Area? |

Please go to http://www.ikmultimedia.com and click on the User Area link
(left side of the page, under Support).
To access the User Area for the first time, you have to Log in with the Username and Password that you’ve received
from us via email after your first IK product registration. If you have already changed your Username and Password,
please use your most current information to Log in .
