| AmpliTube 2 is not recognized as a plug in by Cubase SX. What should I do? |

Go to Devices/Plug-in Information/VST Plug-ins. Make sure that the Unloadable category is checked,
and find your AmpliTube 2 plug-in from the VST plug-ins list. After, click on the first column (before “In”) and enabled it.

| Using AmpliTube 2 in early Cubase SX 2/3 or Nuendo 2/3 versions freezes its GUI. |
Please update your Steinberg products to the most recent versions.
To update CUBASE, go to and then to Support/Downloads/Choose
Products/Cubase SX 3. Now, download and install from Cubase SX 3 ver 3.0.0 to 3.1.0.933, and then from 3.1.0.933 to 3.1.1.
For NUENDO updates, go to and then to
Support/Downloads/Choose products/Nuendo 3. Now, download and install from Nuendo 3.0.1 to 3.2.1 directly.
