  1. CSR 1.1 - Vista:

  4. CSR – Pro Tools:
    1. The 'Compare' button (listed on top of the Pro Tools plug-in info box NOT the CSR User Interface Compare A/B button) is already lit when you insert CSR 1.0 Hall, Plate or Room. In fact, the aforementioned Compare button is not functional. Mac only.
    2. In Pro Tools, CSR is not listed as an insert option in any kind of mono tracks. Why?
    3. CSR is not listed as an option in the Audiosuite/Reverb menu. Why?
    4. In stereo tracks inserts, CSR is not available as a multi-mono plug-in. Why?
  5. CSR 1.1 - Cubase SX 3/Authorization Code:
    1. In my Mac (PPC), CSR 1.1 is not saving its Authorization Code.
    2. CSR 1.1 it is not functional in Cubase SX3. Mac (PPC).
  6. CSR – Logic Pro:
    1. In Logic Pro, I’m able to insert only the Room reverb because the other three CSR units are not available in the IK Multimedia folder. What should I do?
  7. CSR 1.0 Macro names/Presets’ delete button:
    1. I’m not able to change the Macro names if there are more than two CSR instances opened. I have a PC.
    2. In my PC, the Presets’ delete button doesn’t work.

    4. Can I transfer my IK licenses to an iLok key?
    5. If I transfer my license from one iKey to another one, and I enter the Authorization code that I got when I registered it the first time, I get an error that it no longer matches my serial and it refuses me.
    6. Sometimes, when I have multiple iKeys in the same hub my Syncrosoft License Control Center does not recognize one of them.
    7. I need to use my IK product protected by iKey simultaneously on more than one computer. What should I do?
