    1. Do IK products support Windows Vista?
    2. After installing all the IK software included in the Total Studio bundle in my Vista machine, I get the following error message after launching some of them: Registry Error - Please ensure this product has been installed properly. What should I do?
    3. Where can I download the latest IK products updates that are compatible with Cubase 4, Live 6, etc?
    4. Are all IK products compatible with Macintosh computers using Intel processors? Where can I find the updates?

  4. General FAQ - Bundle (Digidesign):
    1. I’m an owner of a MacOS X (Intel & PPC) computer. Where can I download the Mac Intel version of the products included in the Pro Tools Ignition Pack?
    2. I’m a Pro Tools user and I have the Digidesign Bundle. Unfortunately, I’m not able to authorize my AmpliTube LE/T-Racks EQ programs in OSX (even though I’m pasting the provided Authorization codes).
    3. I just upgraded my T-Racks Plug-in (from the Digidesign Bundle version) but I’m not able to authorize it within my Pro Tools session (MAC OSX).
    4. Amplitube LE will not accept its Authorization Code, it says: “Please check Authorization codes”, but I’m sure that they are correct. What should I do?

    1. I'd like to transfer my IK product license to another person. How can I do that?

  6. General FAQ - USB dongle (iKey) related:
    1. Do I need the iKey to run the latest IK products versions?
    2. How can I transfer IK products’ licenses from one iKey to another one?
    3. In order to save USB ports, Can I transfer other companies’ product licenses to my iKey ? And viceversa?
    4. Can I transfer my IK licenses to an iLok key?
    5. If I transfer my license from one iKey to another one, and I enter the Authorization code that I got when I registered it the first time, I get an error that it no longer matches my serial and it refuses me.
    6. Sometimes, when I have multiple iKeys in the same hub my Syncrosoft License Control Center does not recognize one of them.
    7. I need to use my IK product protected by iKey simultaneously on more than one computer. What should I do?
