I’m an owner of a MacOS X (Intel & PPC) computer. Where can I download the Mac Intel version of the products included in the Pro Tools Ignition Pack?

I’m a Pro Tools user and I have the Digidesign Bundle. Unfortunately, I’m not able to authorize my AmpliTube LE/T-Racks EQ programs in OSX (even though I’m pasting the provided Authorization codes).

Then, download and install the Universal Binary update (for PPC/Intel Macs).

I just upgraded my T-Racks Plug-in (from the Digidesign Bundle version) but I’m not able to authorize it within my Pro Tools session (MAC OSX).

This occurs when you have installed multiple software versions such as when you upgrade from your Digidesign bundle. Please remove the T-Racks EQ that came with the Digidesign bundle, and then follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to OSX Hard Drive/Library /Application Support/Digidesign/Plug-Ins.
  2. In here, locate the file named T-RackS EQ (initials only) and remove it (drag the file to the trash can). Your new T-Racks will fill its place.

Amplitube LE will not accept its Authorization Code, it says: “Please check Authorization codes”, but I’m sure that they are correct. What should I do?
