Miroslav Philharmonik - Vista:
I bought a computer that has Vista installed on it. What do I have to do to use Miroslav Philharmonik?
  1. Go to the User Area and download the latest Miroslav Philharmonik update. If this is your first IK product, please go to the Product Registration page and register it. After you receive your IK account information by e-mail, go to the User Area\Download software updates and Free contents and download the Miroslav Philharmonik 1.1.1 update.


  2. Install Miroslav Philharmonik under an Administrator account.
  3. To check your account type, go to Start\Settings\Control Panel\User Accounts and Family Safety\User Account. Check the information located to the icon’s right side, below the account name (e.g. IK HP PC). The account type is specified: Administrator.



    If you are using another account type, please create a new Administrator account and install the Miroslav Philharmonik 1.1.1 update.

  4. If during the Installation process the "Default VST path not found in registry" message box appears, click OK.

  5. When you have successfully completed Miroslav Philharmonik’s installation, this window will appear:




  6. Click the Finish button.
  7. To open the program, go to Start\Programs\ and click the Miroslav Philharmonik icon.

I just upgraded my PC’s OS from XP to Vista. What do I have to do to use Miroslav Philharmonik icon?


Just go to Start\Programs\ and click on Miroslav Philharmonik. If by any reason, you have to re-authorize your product please follow the next instructions:

  1. After launching your product and reaching the third Product Authorization Wizard window, please select: Yes, I already have an Authorization Code for this key . Click Next .
  2. Now, log in into the IK Multimedia User Area at https://www.ikstore.com/Login/IKLogin.
  3. Find your IK product and copy its Authorization Code (it will be highlighted in yellow).
  4. Go back to the Product Authorization Wizard and click on the Paste button.
  5. A green check mark will be displayed if the process was successful. Click Next .
  6. As a final step, please click Finish .

After installing Miroslav Philharmonik in my Vista machine, I get the following error message after launching it: Registry Error - Please ensure this product has been installed properly. What should I do?
First, log in to the User Area and download the Miroslav Philharmonik 1.1.1 update.

Second, go to the Miroslav Philharmonik FAQ page and read the information related to how to install and launch Miroslav Philharmonik in Windows Vista.

Third, if you receive the same error message after you have followed the previous recommendations, please proceed as follows
  1. Go to Start\Programs and right click on the Miroslav Philharmonik Icon, for example.
  2. Click Properties and then click on the Compatibility tab.
  3. In Privilege Level, select the Run this program as administrator check box.
  4. Click Apply\OK and relaunch Miroslav Philharmonik.
