| Sonik Synth 2 – Compatibility/Samples formats/Sounds/Patches: |
| Sonik Synth 2.1 is not restoring its settings when opening Pro Tools sessions made with Sonik Synth 2.0. |
Sonik Synth 2.1 RTAS has been updated to be fully compliant with Pro Tools 7.x versions. To
fully match these compatibility requirements Sonik Synth 2.1 is no longer compatible with Pro
Tools 6.x versions, and will not show up in the plug-ins list with Pro Tools 6.x versions.
Also, Pro Tools sessions made with Sonik Synth 2.0 will not load Sonik Synth 2.1 settings automatically.
For this reason we suggest, before installing Sonik Synth 2.1, to save "Combis" from your sessions
made using Sonik Synth 2.0. These Combis can be loaded in Sonik Synth 2.1 once having updated the
plug-in and it will allow you to restore the sessions's settings.
We apologize for this inconvenience but it is a necessary step to make this plug-in compatible
with current and future versions of ProTools.
